We agree to provide you with a complete precision tune-up and professional cleaning for your heating and/or air conditioning equipment during the term indicated, after any existing defects which are noted in our service report are corrected.
High Performance Tune-Ups. Recommended by manufacturers and utilities alike, regularly scheduled maintenance on your heating and air conditioning system can reduce breakdowns by as much as 95% and lower utility bills by 30%. We’ll perform them for you like clockwork on a regular schedule.
Parts. The agreement does not include any parts or materials except maintenance materials (lubrication, cleaning supplies) necessary to perform the required maintenance, for as long as you are a DIMAR Service Customer.
Hours of services. – The services covered by this agreement will be scheduled during the DIMAR´s regular working hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. After hours or weekend scheduling is available for an additional charge.
Priority Service. You are our priority! You can jump to the head of the line when you call! Your job will be scheduled ahead of others non-agreement customers. This applies to routine and emergency calls.

Discount. -You will receive a 15% discount on parts and labor should we need to make any repairs, emergency calls will receive a 15% discount off our standard overtime repair fees, excludes diagnostic fee and equipment prices.
Transferable. Your Service agreement can either be transferred to your new home or to the buyer of the home you are selling. Your choice!

Your DIMAR Services heating, air conditioning technician is not only trained to take care of your equipment, he is trained to show a respect for you and your home. You’ll take comfort in knowing our technicians wear clean uniforms and I.D. badges, are background checked and drug tested, and are trust certified for your safety and protection.
Ongoing Safety Inspections. Your peace of mind is our goal. We will assess your home’s heating and air conditioning systems to ensure they are in safe operating condition. You’ll receive a detailed report of our findings, and we’ll explain any concerns. We’ll alert you to potential emergencies before they become problems.
Repairs. – Any repairs required beyond those provided in this agreement will be brought to your attention and will be billed with a 10% discount off our standard repair fees, unless is an overtime situation. Payment is due 10 days after receipt of repair invoice. The company shall not be liable for any loss arising from delay, failure to discover a condition requiring repair or replacement, or as a consequence of any performance under this agreement.
Terms. – This agreement is for one, two or three years from the effective date until the term indicated. Unless we notify you in writing at least 30 days before the term indicated of any changes, we will renew this agreement at the same price and terms.
